Payments and Taxes
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money
Orders, Checks and Paypal.
Business customers can open credit accounts by providing their credit information.

If your shipping address is in California, you will need
to pay 8.5% tax on your order. Shipping to all other states is tax-free.

Shipping
We
normally ship your order with UPS or FedEx Ground 3-5 business days after your payment is
received. In the unlikely event of product shortage or higher than usual demand for
products, a delay may occur. If there is a delay, we will notify you and will do our best
to expedite your order. Shipping rates shown during checkout are valid only to the
contiguous 48 states. If you want your order shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, or you need
your order shipped faster, please contact us for a quote. We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes.
All orders are shipped without Signature Service. If you would like to be able to sign for
your order, please include the words "Signature Service requested" in the "Comments"
section during Checkout. The service will cost an additional $5.00 to any destination.

Cancellations
You
can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it either by calling
us or sending us an e-mail.

Returns and Exchanges
You
can return your order within two weeks from the date you receive it. We
will issue a refund excluding the shipping cost. If you received free shipping when making your order,
you will be responsible for our shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If your order arrives damaged, let us know about it within the two business days after receiving your order.
You will need to send the lamp(s) back to us within a week and we will send you a replacement or issue a 100% refund.
We will pay for UPS or FedEx Ground shipping costs.

Warranty
Our
lamps come with a one year warranty. If within a year of normal use, your lamp becomes
damaged or malfunctions, we will help you to return this lamp to us for a repair or an
exchange. Shipping costs for UPS or FedEx Ground will be free of charge. Bulbs are not covered
under this warranty.

Privacy
We
are using 128-bit SSL encryption to securely transmit your information to our server.
Please click on GeoTrust seal to verify our SSL certificate. It is our promise to you
not to share your information with anyone for any purpose; it will be solely used to
complete your transaction and mail your order. If you sign up for a newsletter, we are

Price Guarantee
We
stand behind our prices. In the unlikely event that you see a product you like at a lower
price at another online store, contact us with the item information, its price, and the store
